Evolve was selected to upgrade of the Nurse Call system upgrade at Victoria General Hospital, replacing the legacy nurse call systems.

The original 1970 ICU department has been superseded with a brand new $47m, 3-storey building . The new facility accommodates 12 ICU patients on Level 2, and including several isolation and bariatric care rooms.

Having previously migrated the Law Court’s 3000A main electrical service from the downtown network to two new BC Hydro services, Evolve was tasked with replacing the building’s obsolete fire alarm system.

The new clinic at GRH was designed and constructed on a fast-tracked schedule to help meet the demand for Victoria’s residents who do not have a family physician.

Evolve assisted Grifflyn Electric with the design for a 70kW DC charging system for Canada’s first electric refrigerated truck operated by Coldstar Solutions Inc, in Langford, BC.

Evolve assisted the Capital Regional District with its initiative to de-carbonize its vehicle fleet at the Integrated Water Services division.

Evolve is looking forward to working with the proponents to design and construct Vancouver Island’s newest major acute care facility.

Great to see construction starting on the new $41 million, 12-bed Intensive Care Unit at Nanaimo Regional General Hospital (NRGH).

Evolve provided electrical, communications and security system upgrades to the $5.5 million project at the Nanaimo Regional General Hospital.

Working with Cascadia Architect, Evolve provided electrical, communication and security consulting services to deliver a large community care clinic on a fast-track project.
