About Us

Evolve Engineering is an electrical engineering consulting firm that was incorporated in 2013 and is located in Victoria, BC. The firm was started by Nik Alcock, an established Professional Engineer with over 30 years of experience as an electrician, engineer, project manager and principal.

Our technical staff work locally in our Victoria office. In addition to engineering degrees, many of our staff have worked in the field as electricians and technicians. This brings a practical constructability perspective to our designs and an ability to work effectively with the trades during construction.

Evolve’s business strategy and long-range plans are simple; we strive to provide high-quality engineering services through long-term relationships, primarily with local clients. Our core clients are the bedrock of our business and we ensure that they remain the focus of our efforts. We do not pursue new ventures for the sake of corporate growth or profit-chasing. We realize that the key to our success is our ability to attract repeat business from top-tier clients.
